Return Policy:
- You have the right to return within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- The customer is not entitled to return special order products.
- The jewelry must be in its original condition, and the purchase invoice and all its attachments must be present.
- The amounts paid will be refunded in the event of a return via bank transfer to the customer’s account within 10 working days from the return date.
- If the customer wishes to return the item, he will bear the costs involved (shipping fees and credit card payment fees).
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
- Delivery within Riyadh the next day.
- Shipping to all regions of the Kingdom from 3 to 5 working days.
- If the customer requests a special product or changes the size, 3 days will be added to the period mentioned above.
